Consequential Damages Exclusion

Visual Echo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or pandemics.

Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services:

1. The parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations
2. If negotiations fail, parties may pursue mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
3. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration
4. As a last resort, formal legal proceedings may be initiated in the courts of Cyprus

Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Visual Echo regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
